Readiness Review

The readiness review process will enable your organization to be ready for the IAB certification as well as an audit (if appropriate) from an external Audit firm. This readiness program entails the assessment of your existing procedures, processes, data and transaction integrity, access control, change and configuration management of infrastructure, logs, counting methods, filtration methods to  identifies gaps (if any) between your current position and those of the IAB guidelines. Upon the completion of this assessment, AMC OMS will issue a report of their findings, along with recommendation for the next step(s).

 

 Remediation

Based upon the results of the readiness review, the remediation program provides a controlled, focused and effective framework to achieve compliance. Our remediation program will help your organization develop, implement and document the evidence required to prove compliance.

 

Audit and Certification

At the conclusion of the remediation phase, AMC OMS will work with your external auditors (if appropriate) to assist them during their yearly audit.  We represent your interests and can work with the audit organizations and teams on your behalf. 

 

Reporting

AMC OMS as an independent body can certify your organization as compliant with the IAB guidelines or can work as an extension of your management team with a third party certifying body in the certification process.  We minimize the impact of these audit and certification efforts on your resources and time.

 

Ongoing Compliance Verification

IAB compliance is not a one-off exercise, IAB certification is required on an annual basis and reviews are required on either a quarterly or annual basis, depending on your designated compliance level.  Our compliance management service will help you avoid potential pitfalls and will ensure that your organization will remain compliant. AMC OMS can manage the overall IAB compliance process, providing program management from the initial pre-compliance assessment through to certification and ongoing compliance.
